Twenty years in revenue, leadership, and enablement taught me the same lesson every time: teams don’t need more strategy. Organizations need better systems for how people listen, disagree, and solve problems together.
I’ve led a $5M business unit at an Inc. 5000 company. Built and led a chapter of the Revenue Enablement Society. Coached enterprise teams and emerging leaders. Training as a mediator, because conflict resolution turned out to be the missing piece.
The strongest organizations don’t move faster. They create the best environment for people to reach their potential.
