I’m writing from the peaceful hamlet of Folke in the English West Country, enjoying quality time with Bella, our kids, and extended family. These moments: long meals, storytelling, and photo slideshows (iPhoto and AirPlay never disappoint) remind me how important it is to slow down and deeply connect with what matters most.

This year has been full of action and momentum:

42,000 readers are engaging with my content each month.

I’ve supported 38 business owners through mentoring groups.

Launched my podcast with six episodes to share insights and practical strategies.

But the most exciting part of this journey is just ahead. My purpose is to help entrepreneurs thrive, by embracing memberships as their strategy for sustainable growth.

In 2025, my goal is to help launch 200 profitable memberships.

That’s 200 business owners building predictable revenue, scaling profitably, and creating more freedom for themselves and their families.

This isn’t just about numbers.

It’s about empowering leaders to upgrade from the hustle and focus on what matters most: quality time, financial freedom, and building businesses that align with their lives.

In January, I’ll be sharing tools, strategies, and stories to help make this vision a reality, starting with new episodes of my podcast in partnership with Pete’s Coffee.
