My training as a performance management coach was in 2002. I’ve been there as a Founder myself of 3 businesses; so I know about the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, co-founder issues, fundraising, culture, and hiring from building multiple companies from zero to profitability. I bring 20 years of practical experience as a coach of high-performance teams and organizations from partnering with complex organizations (Nike, Google, Red Bull). Before founding my personal consultancy in 2017, I was a start-up executive accountable for building a mid-7-Figure annual business with 100% annual revenue growth and healthy profits.
