How to Maximize Influencer Collaborations
Should brands spend big bucks on top talent or work with less-known creators?
In my conversation with producer John Bohan, we talked about how creators help brands grow with social video content, working with Ziggy Marley, getting value for your budget, success metrics, and approaches to finding talent.
“It’s important to me that when I look back at all this my life actually mattered and I did something that is meaningful.” John Bohan
How to Train a Happy Mind
Since COVID, mental health and emotional well-being have become more important.
A study from the Pew Research Center says that 57% of people say they’re very comfortable talking about their mental health with a close friend.
This openness comes at a crucial time, as political, environmental and economic challenges increasingly affect our mood and well-being.
In my conversation with Scott Snibbe, a brilliant cross-disciplinary American artist, entrepreneur, and educator, we discussed his excellent book, “How to Train a Happy Mind”.
We discuss why he approached meditation as a skeptic, how he pulled off a contribution to his book from the Dali Lama, the biggest drawback of mindfulness, the measure of success in meditation, and much more.
“Analytical meditation is almost the opposite [of mindfulness meditation]. It’s a type of meditation where you deliberately cultivate thoughts, feelings, emotions, and stories that steer your mind toward its best qualities.” Scott Snibbe
